UNITY REWARDS PROGRAM FAQS
The Unity Rewards program offers a simplified way for all VSP network providers to earn points on eligible Unity®, SunSync®, and TechShield® lenses and enhancements. Points can be redeemed on items of your choice.
Effective January 1, 2025, the Unity Rewards program will be open to all independent VSP network providers.
No. Registered accounts will seamlessly transfer to the new rewards program.
All requests to update login credentials are processed by the Online Rewards support team. They can be reached via the “Help” button on the site, or directly by email at [email protected]

Lab Rewards are only applicable to practices in Hawaii using the VSPOne HI lab. All other practices will not earn Lab Rewards and are not able to redeem their Lab Rewards earned from 2024 or prior.
You can earn points on eligible Unity Progressive Lenses, SunSync Light-Reactive Lenses, TechShield Anti-Reflective Coatings, and Ethos Lenses. View the full list of qualifying products here.
While you will not receive points for Unity single vision lenses, you can earn points when you pair Unity Via OfficePro; Unity SVx, SVxtreme, SVxtra; or Unity Relieve with SunSync and/or select TechShield AR Coatings.
Yes. Your points will accumulate and expire in January of the following program year.
For instance, you will earn rewards from January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026, and those points will expire January 31, 2027.

Points are awarded on eligible Unity, SunSync, and TechShield lenses and enhancements. You’ll be able to earn up to 10 base points per VSP claim. Once you’ve earned a minimum of 100 base points in a month, you’re able to redeem those points and unlock multipliers to double, triple, and quadruple your earnings based on your tier.
Depending on which tier you qualify for bonus points are then awarded on top of the base points, increasing your earning potential to up to 40 points per VSP claim.
Base points are the points you earn on claims for eligible Unity, SunSync, and TechShield lenses and enhancements.
Bonus points are those earned from the tiers and multipliers.
No. You must select the appropriate TechShield and SunSync products in the order menu to ensure you receive Unity Rewards points.
The multiplier allows you to double, triple, and quadruple your earnings based on your tier.
Tiers are based on the total base points accumulated for the previous month.
The Unity Rewards program has three tiers: Tier 1 (monthly base points at least 100) will receive a 2x multiplier. Tier 2 (monthly base points at least 250) will receive a 3x multiplier. Tier 3 (monthly base points at least 500) will receive a 4x multiplier.
Yes. Your tier will reset each month, and you will need to re-qualify.
Yes. You must meet at least Tier 1 (100 base points) to be awarded points for that period.
If you do not meet the threshold, 100 base points, you will not earn any points for that period.
You can earn up to 10 base points per VSP claim and unlock multipliers to double, triple, and quadruple your earnings based on your tier for a total of 40 points.
Only TechShield Elite, TechShield BlueAR and TechShield Sun UVR, Coatings will qualify for Unity Rewards points.
Yes. All SunSync Light-Reactive Lenses will qualify for Unity Rewards points.
Yes. VSP has partnered with ABB and Walman labs to reward Unity Rewards on eligible private pay claims.

Yes. Labs in the Unity Distributor Lab Network may also offer separate rewards on Unity products, increasing your potential earnings.
