Unity® Via II Progressive Lenses are the latest suite of products in the Unity Via portfolio. Built upon the success of Unity Via designs, Unity® Via II lenses further enhance the proven performance that ECPs have come to know and trust to consistently deliver high patient satisfaction.
New Unity Via II is the everyday progressive enhanced for the digital world, with larger reading and intermediate fields for added visual comfort when working on digital devices.

What is the difference between the original Unity Via progressives and the new Unity Via II lens designs?

Unity Via II progressives are still so easy, yet now more advanced, simplifying dispensing for ECPs and providing patients with the best visual experience in a progressive lens.
Three new technologies have optimized the Unity Via II designs to provide wearers with increased visual acuity and comfort:

OptiScreen Technology - expands near and intermediate fields, reducing the need for wearers to turn their head and/or reposition a device to see screens clearly, or adjust their posture and movements to improve view.
EquiBalance Technology - equalizes the focus and amount of blur perceived by each eye, reducing eyestrain by creating more natural binocular vision, especially in the intermediate and near vision areas.
InnoVue Technology - patented technology improves peripheral vision by factoring in frame shape, fitting height, wearer's prescription, and PD—pushing astigmatism outward to irrelevant areas of the lens—resulting in a wider viewing area, while reducing blur and dizziness typically associated with progressives.

Are Unity Via II progressives covered under a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. All Unity Via II are covered under a satisfaction guarantee. Lenses that are abused, extremely scratched, chipped, broken, or damaged are not covered under this guarantee.

Are lens enhancements available on Unity Via II progressives?

Yes. All SunSync Light-Reactive Lenses and TechShield Anti-Reflective Coatings are available with Unity Via II progressives.
