As of October 11, Unity® Via II is now the best and only option for Unity Progressive Lenses.

Introducing Unity Via II Progressive Lenses

Over the years, we’ve come to understand the challenges many patients experience when converting to progressive lenses. Earlier this year, we conducted research to determine what their (and your) biggest pain points are with these types of lenses[1]. We listened and we learned.

What we found is that most of us are living under a new paradigm, where flexible work environments and an increasingly mobile society mean that people are on the go and managing more than ever. With this comes the need for eyewear that can keep up with the challenges of balancing a myriad of activities. For presbyopes, having a progressive lens that can seamlessly adapt between work, home, and play, often with a digital device or two in view, is critical to success.

Still So Easy, Yet Now More Advanced

That’s why we’ve developed the new Unity® Via II Progressive Lens portfolio, building upon the success of Unity Via’s designs to further enhance proven performance and consistently deliver high patient satisfaction. Unity Via II simplifies dispensing and provides the best visual experience in a progressive lens.

Now, you can offer patients an everyday progressive enhanced for today’s demanding visual needs.  Wider, sharper fields enhance acuity and comfort, enabling patients to easily adapt and see their best at all distances.

Discover the Unity Via II Difference

When it comes to managing daily life and the challenges of a digital world, choose the progressive lens that checks all the boxes:
  • Easy to fit
  • Effortless adaptation
  • Large reading area
  • Wider peripheral clarity
  • Enhanced distance acuity

Easy to Fit

New technologies enable confident and successful progressive fitting with just a few standard measurements. Integrated technology automates customization, simplifying training, and resulting in enhanced staff effectiveness and practice efficiency.

Easy to Adapt

Larger reading and intermediate fields enhance visual acuity and comfort, especially when working on digital devices. Effortless adaptation increases patient satisfaction and reduces redos, addressing two of the biggest pain points expressed by ECPs[2].

Level Up with Advanced Technologies

OptiScreen Technology expands near and intermediate zones, reducing the need for wearers to turn their head and/or reposition a device to see screens clearly, or adjust their posture and movements to improve view.

EquiBalance Technology equalizes the amount of the lenses’ focus and amount of blur perceived by each eye, reducing eyestrain by creating more natural binocular vision, especially in the intermediate and near vision areas.

InnoVue Technology patented technology improves peripheral vision by factoring in frame shape, fitting height, wearer's prescription, and PD—pushing astigmatism outward to irrelevant areas of the lens—resulting in a wider viewing area, while reducing blur and dizziness typically associated with progressives.

Should we start switching patients over to Via II, and stop using the regular Via?
