Ordering Replacements

Replacement pieces can be reordered through the Collateral Order Form in the VSPOnline section of Eyefinity. Here’s how:

1. Log into Eyefinity.
2. Click on the VSPOnline tab in the right column.
3. Mouse over the Administration tab in the left column.
4. Select Supply Request Form from the Administration dropdown menu.
5. Scroll to find the pieces you’d like to reorder.
