Eye care professionals (ECPs) have made their voices heard and the overwhelming sentiment is that they’re extremely happy with Unity Via. A recent survey*conducted by VSP® asked ECPs to rate Unity Via against the top players in the progressive lens space, and the relatively new participant in the category more than held its own.
Here’s a look at a few standout questions and answers from the survey:
Which of the following progressive lens brands do you personally dispense?
Despite being available for less than two years, Unity Via has already become a preferred choice among opticians and doctors for their progressive patients.
Of the following progressive lens brands you dispense, which are your three favorite?
Given the choice between Unity Via and other preferred progressive lenses, Unity Via (46%) was ranked as the ECP’s top choice, nearly 30% more often than the next highest selection at 18%.
How would you rate Unity Via in overall performance, ease of dispensing, and patient satisfaction?
Once again Unity Via received exceptional scores from ECPs, with 63% giving it the best possible score in overall performance, 64% giving it the same score for ease of dispensing, and 53% marking it tops for patient satisfaction.
Do you have any additional comments concerning the topics covered in today’s questionnaire?
To close out the survey, participating ECPs were encouraged to provide open comments. Here are a couple of the comments received about Unity Via:
“I personally wear the Unity Via Elite lenses and they are the best progressive lenses that I’ve ever worn.”
“I love that I get to try the lenses and I can see for myself the difference. Great support from our VSP lab and team on the few occasions we do have issues.”
